One scan. Every step connected.

Scan the VIN once and the Vehicle stays connected to its Company, Job Site, Logged By, assigned work, and technician pay from intake through the final payout.

01

Scan the VIN once

Scan or enter the complete 17-character VIN. The Vehicle record is created once and follows the car for the life of the job.

02

Attach the Company and Job Site

Each Vehicle belongs to a Company and a Job Site, so work is never mixed across customers, lots, or storms.

03

Keep Logged By and assigned work on the record

Who logged the Vehicle and who is assigned to work on it are captured on the record at the time, not reconstructed later.

04

Carry technician pay through the final payout

Technician pay and the final payout are tracked against the same Vehicle, so what is owed and what has been paid stay clear.

One system instead of a clipboard and six spreadsheets.

Paper tickets and per-site spreadsheets drift apart the moment a crew moves. Hail Forge AI keeps Vehicles, assignments, and pay on one connected record.

01

Retire paper and scattered spreadsheets

The Vehicle list, the assignment sheet, and the pay sheet become one record instead of three files that disagree.

02

Fewer missed Vehicles

Every logged VIN stays visible on its Job Site until the work is complete, so a car does not drop out of the count when the lot changes.

03

Less forgotten work

Assigned work lives on the Vehicle, so a repair that was promised on the lot does not disappear before it is done.

04

Fewer missed or duplicate payments

Technician pay and the final payout are recorded against the Vehicle, so it is clear what has been paid and what has not.

Every Vehicle answers three questions.

Who scanned it in, who performed each kind of work, and what is owed for it. Each answer stays on the Vehicle instead of in someone’s memory.

Logged By

Who scanned it in

The person who scanned or entered the VIN is recorded on the Vehicle from the start, so intake is never a guess.

Assigned work

Who performed each kind of work

Several people can work one Vehicle. Each assignment names the person and the kind of work, so credit lands where it belongs.

Technician pay

What is owed

Pay is tied to the Vehicle and the work performed, which makes missed pay and duplicate pay easier to see before payout.

Final payout

What has been paid

The final payout closes the loop on the same record, so the Vehicle’s history reads from first scan to last payment.

Turn your scope into a complete CCC or Mitchell estimate—without losing hours behind a laptop.

Send the vehicle, photos, and damage counts. HailForge handles the estimate so you can stay on the floor and keep repairing cars.

Estimate Request submission and payment are not yet open in the private beta.

The operations you did not write down are the ones you do not get paid for.

A professional estimate works from the Vehicle, the photos, and the scope to help identify vehicle-specific operations that are commonly overlooked. Missing operations add up.

Start from the specific Vehicle

The estimate is built from this VIN, these photos, and this scope, not a generic template for a car like it.

Surface what is commonly overlooked

Vehicle-specific operations that are easy to skip on a busy lot are identified and written into the estimate.

Protect legitimate profit, in an organized way

Documenting the real work keeps the estimate complete and defensible. It does not promise any particular outcome.

One account. Clear ownership. Scoped access.

You retain Owner permissions over work you create. Invitations grant access only to authorized Company work and Job Sites without opening unrelated private or company work.

Separate work contexts
Owned work and invited work remain distinct, even when one person participates in both.
Role-aware access
Views and controls follow the person’s approved role and selected authorized context.
Manual VIN entry
Camera scanning can speed up logging, but manual 17-character VIN entry always remains available.

Built for the pace of hail work.

Hail and PDR work moves fast. Vehicles arrive, crews shift, and Job Sites change. Paper and spreadsheets cannot keep up, and the gaps show up later as missed Vehicles and missed or duplicate pay.

Hail Forge AI is built to be the operating system a PDR company runs on: from the first VIN to the final payout, every step connected and every Vehicle’s history in one place.

What is Hail Forge AI?

Hail Forge AI is an operating system for PDR companies. Scan once and every Vehicle stays connected to its Company, Job Site, Logged By, assigned work, and technician pay from intake through final payout. It also offers professional CCC and Mitchell estimates.

Does it replace paper and spreadsheets?

That is the point. The Vehicle list, the assignment sheet, and the pay sheet live on one connected record instead of separate files, which reduces missed Vehicles, forgotten work, and missed or duplicate pay.

How do owned and invited work differ?

You have Owner permissions in a Company you own. Logging a Vehicle in another Company does not make you its Owner. Invited access is limited to the work and Job Sites shared with you; unrelated work stays separate.

How do I get my shop or crew started?

Request private-beta access, then use your own Hail Forge AI account. Choose your Company and Job Site, add a Vehicle, and assign the work. Joining someone else's Company? Use their invitation with your own account. Follow the step-by-step setup guide.

Does $249.99 cover the software subscription?

No. $249.99 is the price per Estimate Request, not a subscription price for the operations software. Operations-software pricing has not been announced. Paid request submission is not yet open in the private beta.

What does an Estimate Request cost?

Each Estimate Request is $249.99 and covers exactly one VIN and one Vehicle, whether the result is a full estimate, supplement, or both. Unlimited edits are included. Submission and payment are not yet open in the private beta.

Which platforms are available?

The web dashboard is available to approved private-beta users. Native iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.

Does recording a payout send money to a technician?

No. Work & Pay records assigned work and authorized pay information; it does not transfer money. Company payments and technician pay are separate records.
