HAIL FORGE AI

Account deletion

Effective 2026-10-16

You can ask us to delete your Hail Forge AI account by email. You do not need to sign in or install the app.

Request deletion now

Email support@hailforgeai.com to request deletion

Send the email from the email address on your Hail Forge AI account and ask us to delete the account. Hail Forge Support replies to that address. Never send passwords or recovery codes. Emailing Support does not by itself start a deletion schedule or mean that deletion has happened.

Current status

The signed-in account-deletion page shows the request and cancellation options available for your account. You can also request deletion by emailing Support. A request receipt does not mean deletion is scheduled or complete.

A saved “Request received” receipt only records a request. It does not delete the account or start a 30-day cancellation period. Signing out or removing the app does not delete the account, and neither does changing Working as.

Which account this is about

Your Hail Forge AI sign-in account and a Company workspace are different. Working as chooses which Company you work in; it does not choose a different sign-in account to delete.

Starting and cancelling deletion

Starting personal-account deletion requires a separate confirmation. That confirmation starts the 30-day cancellation period; an emailed request or saved request receipt does not. The service shows your exact deadline and current status. You can cancel before the deadline. Read the displayed status and contact Support if deletion is blocked.

Cancelling a Company is a separate process with its own 30-day restore period. Deleting your personal sign-in account does not automatically erase shared Company work, delivered estimates and revisions, financial or payment records, or audit and change history. Those records preserve Company work and an accurate delivery, payment and change history. The exact retained fields and periods after deletion have not yet been published.

Estimate drafts, submitted estimates, revisions and their photos are kept for now, including after a Company is cancelled and its 30-day restore period ends. No final retention period has been set for them. This does not change personal-account deletion, which can remove your own unsubmitted drafts and minimize your personal information.

The approved 12-month and 24-month inactivity rules are separate from these 30-day windows and from current estimate retention. They are not a promise to erase every record at 30 days, 12 months or 24 months. Automatic removal for inactivity is not running today. Existing recovery backups may also retain copies; no fixed backup-deletion schedule has been published.

Before account deletion is offered as complete, we will explain which information is kept and when deletion happens. Read the Privacy Policy for estimate retention, the approved inactivity rules, retained record categories and current recovery limits.
